Application 24-239: 127 Arlington Park, Brian and Sandra Mahoney, requesting an Area Variance necessary to construct a new residence with an attached garage that extends 14 feet from the front of the house. In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Zoning Ordinance, garages must be set back 2 feet from the front of the house.
